Notice of Public Hearing:
The Charter Township of Bedford Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 26, 2016 to hear discussion and receive comments regarding the keeping of poultry and/or livestock in residential areas. Current ordinances require that a property be zoned AG-agriculture and have five (5) acres of property. This is to entertain comments, both for and against, so the planning commission can discuss and consider the topic. The meeting will be held at the Charter Township of Bedford, 115 S. Uldriks Drive, Battle Creek, MI 49037 on July 26, 2016 at 6:30 PM. All residents are invited to attend and let their voice be heard. If you are unable to attend, you may send your comments via letter addressed to the Planning Commission, Charter Township of Bedford, 115 S. Uldriks Drive, Battle Creek, MI 49037 or may email sally@bedfordchartertwp.com. We welcome your input as we consider this petition for change.
